Train Refurbishment
A wide range of technical capabilities enable us to undertake all aspects of train refurbishment. The scope of works might include system modernization, design upgrades, component refurbish or replacement, analysis, and test and commissioning.
Bogie
Bogie refurbishment includes structural analysis of the frames, motor, drive gear and suspension, and refurbishment or replacement as per clients requirement. Post works, all refurbished or rebuild bogies are subjected to static and dynamic testing before being delivered to clients.
Gangway
Modern rail vehicles has progressively increased in size and lenght, challenging designers to provide innovative solutions. We offer refurbished or replacment Gangways compliant to international standards.
Door Systems
Door systems refurbishment can be performed within short time periods and include component and electronics upgrades and post works compliance testing. Our expertise covers both Pneumatic or Electric driven doors and include modernizations, safety systems upgrades or redesign
Air Brake Systems
As part of brake systems overhaul, we offer compressor, dryer and control valve overhauls or replacement programs compliant to international standards, These include Static and Dynamic test protocols as standard operating procedures
Traction, Comms , PIDS
Train or Mid-life refurbishment includes Traction systems, HVAC, Comunication, Public Address, CCTV, Vehicle Control, Passenger Information Displays and Annunciation systems refurbishment. These can be replacement, repair or upgrades

It is designed against relevant international standards for reliability, safety and maintenability. Manufacturing is automated resulting in consistent quality and fast turn around times. THe range of doors includes Plug Doors, Semi Plug Doors, External Sliding Doors, End Doors, Cab Doors and Fire Walls with saloon doors.

In view of the economy reset, the need to introduce innovative solutions, as todays requirement is set squarly against industry norms. In the rail industry, globalization meant higher demand for transportation solutions. Urbanization in the new norm translate into more private cars on the road as people steers clear of crowded spaces. Increased transportation and travel restrictions make international trade couter productive.
The current climate begs the introduction of new public transport solutions that is home grown, and does not burden the already depleted public purse.
This is the time to look inwards, not outwards. Localization strengthens internal capabilities, lower cost, improve the national economy. It shapes a country to be better prepared for the global markets once the world adapted to the new norm.
