In view of the economy reset, the need to introduce innovative solutions, as todays requirement is set squarly against industry norms. In the rail industry, globalization meant higher demand for transportation solutions. Urbanization in the new norm translate into more private cars on the road as people steers clear of crowded spaces. Increased transportation and travel restrictions make international trade couter productive.

The current climate begs the introduction of new public transport solutions that is home grown, and does not burden the already depleted public purse.

This is the time to look inwards, not outwards. Localization strengthens internal capabilities, lower cost, improve the national economy. It shapes a country to be better prepared for the global markets once the world adapted to the new norm.

It is an exciting period for us to bring in our experience to governments and shape the policy making incorporating localization to strengthen the local economy, enhance national workforce, increase capability through technology transfer.
